MEET THE TEAM
Henry Fensome
Henry is originally from Rochester in Kent and moved to Swansea to complete his 4 year Masters in Osteopathy.

Henry's main interests are in sports injuries and he is currently the Head of Medical at Briton Ferry Llansawel AFC with his previous experience coming as Osteopath and Pitch-side Medic for Llanelli Town Football club, Swansea City Ladies and Swansea University Women's Football Team.

Henry has experience of working within an NHS environment working alongside a multi-disciplinary team of GPs, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, Nutritionists and Neurologists to effectively manage patients in both acute and chronic pain.
​
Henry is a passionate and empathetic practitioner who uses his knowledge and assessment skills to best interpret and explain what he clinically believes is the cause of your pain, how it is best managed and how to help prevent re-injury.
​
Henry has also completed courses in Medical Acupuncture, Cupping Therapy, Sports Trauma Management and Spinal Care. He is currently studying for his Diploma in Football Medicine with FIFA.
Charlotte Bedwell

Cholotte is originally from Oxford and moved to Swansea at the age of 7 with her family.
​
Charlotte has always had an interest in the human body and sport, especially after having work experience in a a number of gyms. She has developed her skills whilst working with Osteopaths, Chiropractors and Personal Trainers in a variety of clinics.
​
Charlotte has two children and loves nothing more than family time, with walks on the beach and a good film being top of the list.
​
Charlotte has completed courses in level 3 and 4 Sports and Remedial Massage, A VTCT qualification in Hot Stone massage and a FHT Accredited Certificate in Pregnancy Massage.
Abby Decker
Abby lived in the U.S. and the Netherlands before moving to Swansea to complete her 4-year Masters in Osteopathy. She graduated with a First Class Honors degree. In addition, she gained a certificate in kinesiology taping.
Abby enjoys treating a wide range musculoskeletal complaints and people of all backgrounds. She is an empathetic practitioner who personalizes treatment to best suit the patient's needs. She does this by promoting healthy habits, providing lifestyle advise, and educating patients on their pain alongside hands-on treatment and exercise prescription.
She can often be found out exploring the natural beauty of the Gower and beyond, either climbing or hiking. When she gets the chance, she also snowboards and rides horses.
